On motion of Mr Curtis,

Voted to accept the report of the Committee

Demand on J. Mann ordered to be made by the Sec.y _

also on motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that a copy of the same be sent to
Mr Mann by the Secretary, accompanied with
a demand in the name of the Corporation
that he shall pay the amount claimed
in the report to be due to the Corporation.

Com. to complete examⁿ of books & accts.

It was further voted that the Committee be
requested to continue the examination of the
books and accounts to the close, in accordance
with the suggestion of the report.

The meeting was then adjourned,

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Monday, September 2^d 1861. at 10 o'clock
