within the Cemetery; and in case any person,
^who is now or shall hereafter be so employed,
shall offend in like manner, the Committee
on Grounds shall, on information thereof given
by the Superintendent, instruct him to exclude
such person from the Cemetery.

Term of payment on moneys due from Mr Spooner extended to Novemr 1st

Mr Andrews further stated that Mr Spooner
had incurred a good deal of expense in his first
purchase and in the hire of workmen, and was
owing the Corporation about four hundred and fifty
dollars for laborers which indebteness would be
further considerably increased before he should
be in receipt of moneys from proprietors.

Upon motion by him, it was therefore

Voted that the term of payment of moneys
now due and which may become due from
Mr Spooner to the Corporation be extended to
.

Charges for work _ books & forms for same _ refd to another Comee _

Mr Andrews asked that _ the question as to what
standard shall be adopted for charges for work
or materials upon the lots of proprietors, and what
books and forms shall be used for the same,
which was referred to the Special Committee on Mr.
Spooner's
resignation, be taken from that Com-
mittee, and referred to a committee consisting
of Mr Rand and Mr Curtis, with full
power thereon.
