by-laws was moved by Mr Curtis, and passed unanimously.

the words "and Superintendent's Clerk" stricken out,

Art. 5. Secretary,
Page 32 line 10, the words "cards of admission" inserted
instead of – "tickets".

And, at the end of the sentence, the following –

"He shall, when requested, issue a permit to any
proprietor to employ persons to work upon his lot,
other than the Superintendent and his workmen;
and such proprietor shall sign a written agreement
to be responsible for all injury and damage done
by the persons so employed to the grounds or property
of the Corporation or of any proprietor."

At the end of the paragraph the following added: _

"He shall keep a duplicate register of the inter-
ments in the Cemetery, together with all the vouchers
or orders of interment properly filed."
