Trustees _ Adj^d Meeting _ July 20, 1861 _

Trustees Adjourned Meeting,
Saturday, July 20, 1861. 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President, and
Messrs Andrews, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis
Little, Nazro, Sleeper and Tobey.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Com^ee to suggest Verbal Alterations _ Report _

Dr Bigelow for the Committee appointed
to suggest any verbal alterations in the resolu-
tions adopted at the last meeting, which might
be deemed necessary, reported back the resolutions
with the following suggestions. _

In the second resolution, second line _ instead of the words
"himself, or by his Clerk, insert, either in person or by his
Clerk."

In third line insert, instead of the words "and shall enter
therein daily", the words "in which shall be entered daily."

and transpose the last sentence so as to read,
"and at the end of each month make and exhibit
to the Committee on Finance a pay-roll."

Further Amendments proposed and Adopted _

Upon motion by Mr Andrews,

Voted that the verbal alterations recommended be adopted.

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted to reconsider the first resolution, and amend
the same by substituting the word "week" for "day" in the
second line.
