Mr Nazro resigns as member of Com^ee on Investigation of Accounts _ and withdraws same _

Mr Nazro tendered his resignation as
a member of the Committee on investigation
of accounts, but subsequently withdrew it
at the request of members of the Board.

Compensation of Officers referred to Com^ee of Three

Mr Rand moved that the question
of the general subject of salaries and compen-
sation of officers of the Corporation be referred
to a Committee of three to report upon at
the next meeting, which was adopted. _

Reconsidered and re-ferred to Com^ee on Inves-tigation of accounts _

Mr Curtis moved that the Committee
of Finance together with Mr Andrews be that
Committee.

Mr Nazro objecting to serve on that Com-
mittee on the ground that the subject had
already been referred to the other Committee,
and that the portion of their report relating
to this matter had not been acted upon, _

Mr Rand moved a reconsideration
of the last vote _

And that so much of the report of the
investigating Committee as relates to the
compensation of officers be referred back to
that Committee, to report upon at the next
meeting,

The reconsidertion prevailed, and
the motion was adopted.
