Resolutions proposed for Conduct of Work at Cem.y.

He then moved a similar resolution,
but with some modification, and that the
same be printed together with those that were
agreed upon at the last meeting, and that
copies of the same be sent to the Trustees,
which was ordered. _

Upon motion by Mr Crocker, it was
Voted that a resolution embracing the recom-
mendations of the report upon the same subject,
be also printed and sent to the members of
the Board.

Com^ee chosen to nominate three candidates for office of Superintendent _

Upon motion by Mr Nazro,

Voted that a Committee of three be chosen
to nominate to this board three persons as
suitable candidates for the office of Superintendent,
and Messrs Nazro, Curtis and Rand were
so chosen. _

Upon motion by Mr Tobey

Voted that when this meeting adjourn
it be to Saturday, July 13^th at 9½ O'clock a.m.

The meeting was then adjourned.
