Acceptance of Report _ and informal discussion _
Upon motion of Mr Rand,
Voted to accept the report, for the purpose of
discharging the Committee.
A considerable time was passed in discussing
the different propositions embraced in the report;
and several amendments were informally agreed to; but
without any vote to adopt, the meeting was
adjourned to the next

Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro, _
Rand and Tobey.
The record of the last meeting was read.
Complaint of Mrs M. E. Buttrick of injury to her lot _
Some letters were read which had been
addressed to Mr Curtis on the subject of abuses
upon lots, and impositions upon proprietors
by persons doing work on their own account.
among which was one containing the complaint
of Mrs Margaret E. Buttrick, that her lot
being surrounded with a hedge, had been
used as a repository of the stock and tools
of some painter, whom the Superintendent had
identified, as he stated in a note addressed
