Trustees _ Adj^d meeting April 8. 1861.

A meeting of the Trustees of Mount
Auburn was held, according to adjournment,
on Monday April 8^th at 3½ o'clock P. M.

There were present the President, and
Messrs Andrews, Austin, Crocker, Curtis,
Little, Nazro and Rand.

The record of the last meeting was read.
Mr Nazro for the Committee on Super-
intendent's accounts presented the following report: _

Report of Com^ee on Sup^ts Accounts _

"The Committee who are charged
with the investigation of the Accounts
of the Superintendent, and to whom
was recommitted the report made by
them at the last meeting of the Board,
have again considered the subject,
and are convinced that it is of vital
importance that the Board at once
examine the matter and give the
Superintendent a hearing _ and also
examine other witnesses _ and for this
purpose they have requested Mr Mann
and other persons to be present at this
meeting, that the Board may proceed
immediately with the examination
and take such action as their wisdom
shall dictate. _ From what has been
revealed by the examination thus far,
the Committee are of opinion and now
recommend, that further security
