On motion by Mr Andrews,
Jonathan Mann was chosen Superintenent.
Gate Keeper & Clerk to Supt and Gardener chosen _
On motion by Mr Curtis
Truman H Safford was chosen Gate-
Keeper and Superintendents Clerk.
Also on motion by Mr Curtis
Wm H Spooner Jr was chosen gardener.
Salaries and Compensation _
On motion by Mr Andrews,
Voted that the salaries and compen-
sation of the several paid officers be the
same as for the last year. _
viz: _ to the Secretary three hundred dollars
and the accustomed fees, together with
one half the office rent; to the
Treasurer a commission of two and one
half percent on the sales of land,
and one half of one percent on the
amount of the Repair fund, for the care
of the same: to the Superintendent, one
thousand dollars and the use of the house
occupied by him: _ to the Gate Keeper &
Superintendents Clerk six hundred dollars.
Treasurer to execute Lease for Gardener _
On motion by Mr Rand,
Voted, _ that when the new lease with
the Gardener shall have been approved by
