Representation of Lot 2315

Upon the petition of the children
and heirs at law of W^m Goddard,
late proprietor of lot numbered 2315
in Mount Auburn,

Voted that Thomas Goddard
of Boston the son, be designated to
represent said lot.

The meeting was then adjourned.

The regular monthly meeting of the
Trustees, was held Monday February 4^th 1861
at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President,
and Messrs Cheever, Crocker, Little, Nazro
and Rand.

The record of the last meeting was
read. _

Compensation of Treasurer, for care of Repair Fund.

Mr Nazro for the Committee on Finance,
to which was referred at the last meeting,
the queston whether any and what com-
pensation shall be allowed the Treasurer
for the care of the Repair Fund,
submitted a report in writing.

On motion of Mr Crocker the report was accepted.

Upon motion of Mr Rand, in
accordance with the recommendation of
