Extra Compensation to Secretary for preparing Catolgue &c _

Voted the Messrs Read & Nazro
be a committee to consider whether
any and what sum should be allowed
the Secretary for extraordinary services in
connections with the preparation and
publication of the new catalogue,
with full power.

Compensation for Dupl. Register of Interments & Index _

Voted that the committee on
Regulations and Records of Interments
be authorized to approve the payment
of such sum as they may consider proper
for correcting the Register of Interments,
and making the duplicate Register and
Index.

Voted that the question of
building two new tombs in Hazel Dell
be referred to the Committee on Grounds

The meeting was then adjourned.
