Upon motion by Mr Read,
Jonathan Mann was chosen Superintendent.

Upon motion by Mr Cheever,
Truman H. Safford was chosen Gate-Keeper & Superintendnts ^clerk

Gardener chosen.

Antone Apple was chosen Gardener _

Salaries & Compensation

Voted that the compensation of the Treasurer,
the salary of the secretary, also that of the
Superintendent be the same as heretofore.

Upon motion by Mr Cheever,

Voted that the salary of the Gate-Keeper and
superintendent's clerk be six hundred dollars per
annum, instead of five hundred; as heretofore.

Committee to inquire into expediency of erecting Iron Fence - Removing Stockade Fence & Introducing Fountains

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that Messrs Bigelow, Cheever and Austin
be a Committee to inquire into the expediency
of erecting an Iron Fence upon the front side
of the Stone Farm;

Also of removing the Stockade Fence: _

Also of introducing fountains into the Cemetery.

Comee to import Flowering Shrubs & Plants

Upon motion by Mr Read,

Voted that Messrs Bigelow & Rand be a com-
mittee to import, during the present year,
flowering shrubs and plants, at a cost not
