Trustees _ Feby. 13. 1860

The first meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn,
for organization and business, was held at the usual
place (the office of the Secretary No 39 Court Street)
after due notice on Monday, February 13^th 1860, at 10 o'clock.
a.m. ~

There were present, Messrs Andrews, Austin, Bigelow,
Cheever, Nazro, Rand and Read, and at a subsequent
stage of the meeting, Messrs Crocker & Curtis _ 9 _ Dr Bigelow
occupied the chair.

The record of the last ^^monthly meeting of the Trustees, and
of the Annual meeting of the Proprietors was read.

The Board then proceeded to ballot for
officers & committees required to be chosen by ballot,
and the following were chosen. ~
