Union of lots 116 & 2625 into one lot. no 116 _

The Secretary stated that Dr Jacob Bigelow
having purchased at full price all the
land lying between his two lots, was desirous
of uniting the same into one lot. _

It was accordingly voted that all the land
now included within his lot numbered 2625
be hereby annexed to lot numbered 116,
and that the number 2625 be free for use
in connection with any other lot.

Treasr authorized to discharge mortgage.

Upon suggestion by the Secretary the following
vote was passed.

Whereas the Treasurer of this Corpora-
-tion did, on , execute a deed of release and
discharge of a mortgage made by Sarah
P. Oliver
to Samuel P. Blake dated , and recorded with Suffolk deeds, Book
706, page 184, and by said Blake assigned to
this corporation, under the supposed general
authority which he had to sign conveyances,
it is hereby

Voted that the execution of said
^deed by him be hereby ratified and confirmed.
