Trustees' Records _ 1859-1860.

The first meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn
for organization and business, was held at the usual
place (the office of the Secretary, No. 39 Court Street)
after due notice, on

There were present Messrs Bigelow, Cheever,
Curtis, Nazro and Read.

Dr. Bigelow took the Chair.

The records of the meetings of and , and of the Annual meeting of the Corporation
were read.

Choice of officers and Committees

Voted to proceed to the choice of Officers and
Committees for the year ensuing: and Messrs Read and
Cheever were appointed to receive and count the votes.

The following were chosen by ballot: _

Secretary, Austin J. Coolidge
Treasurer, George Wm Bond
