Relations of this Corpⁿ to Mass. Hort. Soc^y &c _ Ref to Spec^l Com^ee

Upon motion by Mr Crocker.

Voted that the same gentlemen as were appointed last
year ~ Messrs Curtis, Bigelow and Nazro,
be a Committee to consider the relations and obliga-
tions of this Corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural
Society, including in the subject of their inquiry, the sub-
ject of their inquiry, the Stone Farm: and that they
be authorized to take the opinion of one or two eminent
counsel thereupon. ~

Com^ee on Statuary

Upon motion by Mr Curtis, Voted that the
President and Mr Gould be a Committee with all
necessary power in relation to any existing contracts for
statuary.

Supply of water from Camb. Water Works _ Ref^d to Spec^l com^ee

Upon motion from Mr Bangs, Voted to renew the
Committee of last year _ viz.

Messrs Curtis, Gould, and Read,

To inquire on what terms a supply of water for
Mount Auburn can be obtained from the Cambridge
Water Works, and report thereon.

How much gratuitous care upon all lots annually? _ Ref^d to Com^ee on Lots _

Upon motion by Mr Read, Voted that the Committee on
Lots be instructed to consider how much time shall be devoted
annually, free of charge, to all lots in the Cemetery, & report thereon.

Lot 1484 Representative _

Upon the petition of the parties in interest under the will
of Mary Pratt, deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1484,
Joseph Whitney of Boston, Trustee, was designated to represent said
lot.
