And it was voted that they be
severally accepted, and printed for destrib-
ution among the Proprietors.

Vacancies

The President stated that three vacancies
had occurred in the Board of Trustees during the
last year _ by the death of Mr M^cKean, and
by the resignation of Messrs Lawrence and
Tisdale, and read letters from the two gen-
tlemen last named tendering such resignation.

Com^ee to nominate _

Upon motion by Mr Jeffrey Richardson.
It was Voted that a committee of five be
appointed by the Chair to nominate a list of
twelve gentlemen to act as Trustees for the ensuing
year.

Upon motion by Dr Ja^s. W. Stone,
Voted that a committee of three be nominated
by the Chair to receive, assort and count the votes
for Trustees, _ that where votes are cast by proxy, those
of the latest date shall take precedence of those of
earlier date.
