Trustees

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place on

Present _ The President, Messrs Bangs, Cheever,
Crocker, Gould, Little and Nazro. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Lime Ave Location of refd to Comee on Grounds _

The President stated that the location of Lime
Avenue
as laid down upon the plan, does not
correspond with its actual location. _

On motion of Mr Little,

Voted that the subject be referred to the
Committee on Grounds, to report on at the next
meeting.

Mr Bangs for the Committee on Lots submitted
the following report. _

Rept Comee on Lots _ on Head Stones in Public Lots _

"The communication from the Superintendent referred
to the Committee on Lots _ subject _ the placing of Grave-Stones
without sufficient foundation, _ has received their attention,
and they having carefully examined, find that very
few of the stones have sufficient foundation to keep them
in place, and recommend that the Superintendent be
directed to do what he can without too much expense
to keep those already erected in their proper places;
also to see that all stones erected hereafter, have a
good and sufficient foundation."
