Trustees. .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
at the usual place on ~

There were present, the President, Messrs Bangs,
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Gould and Tisdale = 7. _

The record of the last meeting was read.

Comee to settle claims of L. Stanwood and heirs of Edwd Miller appointed –

Upon motion of Mr Curtis,

Voted, that the President appoint a Committee
to adjust and settle the claims of Lemuel Stan-
wood
, and the Heirs of Edward Miller for lots
sold as vacant and claimed by the said parties.

And Mr Curtis was so appointed. _

Old Receiving Tomb to be removed, &c.

Upon motion of Mr Tisdale,

Voted that the Old Receiving Tomb be re-
moved and that the ground be prepared for sale
as a lot or lots. _

Bills due Corporation in arrear -

A communication was received from the Superintendent
stating substantially that there are outstanding bills due the
Corporation for materials and labor amounting to thirteen
hundred dollars ($1300.) which have been due from
six to eighteen months - said bills being in sums mostly
upwards of $10, and not exceeding $138: - that they have been
presented for payment where the parties could be found,
and further asking instructions with regard to the same. _
