Water - Mr Tisdale added to Comee

Voted that Mr Tisdale be added to the
Committee appointed at the last meeting to inquire upon
what terms a supply of water for the Cemetery can
be obtained from the Cambridge Water Works. ~

Comee on relations of this Corpn to Mass. Hort. Socy authorized to take legal advice _

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, ^a member of the Com-
mittee to consider the relations and obligations of this
Corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society,
including in the subject of their inquiry the Stone Farm,

Voted that said Committee be authorized
to take the opinion of one or two eminent counsel
on the respective rights of this Corporation and the
Massachusetts Horticultural Society with reference to the
Stone Farm. _

The Secretary presented the written petition of sundry
parties for the appointment of representations of their
respective lots: _

And it was ordered that the persons therein
severally designated be appointed to represent the lots
hereinafter mentioned in connection with their respective
names. ~
