Compensation of Superintendent

Voted that the compensation of the Superintendent
be the same as on the last year - viz a salary of
one thousand dollars, and the use of a house
with no perquisites. _

Choice of Sup^t

Voted that Jonathan Mann be chosen
Superintendent for the year ensuing. ~

Adjourned Meeting

Voted that when this meeting adjourn it be
to the first Monday of March next. _

Compensation & Choice of Gate Keeper &c postponed _

Voted that the subject of compensation of Super-
indent's Clerk and Gate Keeper, also the choice
of a persons to fill those offices respectivly be postponed
until the adjourned meeting. _

Com^ee on Statuary

Voted that the President be a Committee in relation
to the outstanding contracts for Statuary, for the present
year. _

Voted that all special unfinished matters be recom-
mitted, as follows: _
