The present market value of the stocks
of the Corporation is by statement above $2.490.
less than par; but the market value of the
Superintendent's house & lot exceeds the cost con-
siderably more than this sum. _

There are some other liabilities of
the Corporation for Chapel and Statuary, but
these will probably be met as they mature
from sales of lots. _

The current expenses at the Cemetery
have been reduced during the past year, as
will be seen by the ^^{report of the} Superintendant to be less than
$4.000
