There is a $0.40 discrepancy ($28,991.36) in the columns on the lower part of the page. Nothing was miscopied.

And 2.5% of $19.742.67 is $493.57. George Bond was short-changed 1 penny. At 5% per annum for 164 years, the Cemetery owes the estate of George Bond $24.56. :-)
