There has to be a bigger story here with the Thomas Dowse purchase. Lots 1169 and 1170 are on the westside of Pine Ave. in Sector 7 about halfway between Spruce Ave. and Chapel Ave. There is a space shown between those 2-lots, but not lot. Thomas Dowse is interred in Lot 1809 on Gentian Path.

It might have been intended as a direct path to his lot on the westside of Gentian Path, but there is the small problem of Lot 1810 into which, this path T-bones!
