Trustees .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place on .

There were present, the President & Messrs Bangs,
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, McKean, Nazro & Tisdale.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Report of Committee upon Public Lots _ recommends

Mr Nazro, the Committee appointed at the last
meeting, to report a plan by means of which the inter-
ments in the public lots may be property identified
& recorded, submitted a written report which con-
cluded with the following recommendations. _

Recording past interments -

"First _ That the whole matter be referred to a Committee
with full powers _ 1st To have the lots put in order _
the graves opened where necessary _ and a full and
complete record made of all the interments which
have been made therein. _

New fence _

2d to have the old fence
on the St James Lot, which merely consists of small
iron posts with a chain, removed, and stone posts
substituted _ .

3d to have stones with the numbers
placed on each of the graves in the St James' Lot
and those in the St. John's Lot which have been
sold without that condition. _"
