Com^ee on Rules &c of Interment -

4^th That a Committee of two Trustees to be denom-
inated "the Committee on Rules & Regulations of
interments", &c, be chosen annually, whose duty it
shall be to examine, from time to time, to see that the
matters named in the above votes & those of a kindred
nature, and all rules and regulations pertaining to the
same, shall be faithfully executed. _

mode of keeping records &c - at Gate referred to above Com^ee

5^th That the "Committee on Rules and Regulations of
interments &c" be charged with the subject of the mode
of keeping the Records, books &c at Mount Auburn, & that
they make such changes in the same, as they, in concert
with the Treasurer, may deem expedient.

Office at Gate - do [referred to above Com^ee] -

6^th That the same Committee be requested to consider
the subject of the Office at the Gate, and what alterations
or additions, if any, it would be expedient to make, & to
report at some future meeting of the Board. _

Choice of Com^ee postponed _

By unanimous consent the choice of the Committee
provided for in the 4^th vote was deferred to the next meeting.

Reports of Com^ee on Statuary taken up _

The subject of the Statuary for the Chapel, which was
under consideration at the adjournment of the last meeting,
next came up under the motion made by Mr Gould, that
the report made by the majority of the Committee be acepted.

Motion to adopt minority report _

After some discussion, Mr Gould withdrew his motion
to allow a motion by Mr Crocker to substitute the minor-
ity report therefor, & the motion was accordingly made
that the minority report as amended by Mr Nazro,
