Trustees _

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees was held
at the usual place on _

There were present, the President, Messrs Crocker,
Curtis, Gould, Lawrence, McKean, Nazro, Read
& Tisdale. _

The record of the last meeting was read &
approved.

Tower door to be open on Sunday

Voted that the Superintendent be instructed to
keep the door of the Tower open upon Sunday, as upon other
days. _

Comee on best mode of keeping books &c at Gate, reported sundry regulations as follows -

The Committee appointed to consider the best mode
of keeping the books & accounts at Mt Auburn & other duties
performed by the Gate Keeper & Clerk, having made a report at
the last meeting, & that report having been recommitted to them
with instructions to report certain specific votes on the
matters recommended in said report, submitted the
following votes, by Mr Nazro: _ which were severally
adopted. _

Interment permits _

1st That no interments be permitted at Mount Auburn
without such permits as may be required by law shall
be presented at the gate. _

Fees for same to be printed on back _

2d That the particulars and amounts of the fees of
burial shall be printed on the backs of the permits, and
at the foot shall be added the words "payable at the time
of interment." _

Safe for Books & papers at Gate _

3d That an iron save be purchased for the safe-
keeping of the Records & other books & documents at the
office at Mount Auburn, at an expense not exceeding
one hundred & fifty dollars. _
