together with the Secretary & Treasurer be appointed
to prepare a catalogue of the Proprietors of Mount
Auburn for distribution prior to the next Annual
meeting. Accordingly

Lawrence enclosure to be corrected on Surveyor's Plan _

Mr Lawrence, in behalf of the Lawrence
family, requested that certain changes might be
made upon the Surveyor's plan, so that the
same may correspond with the location of their
several lots embraced in one enclosure. _

Voted to refer the same to the Committee
upon lots & Mr Lawrence. ~

Inquiry concerning Contracts for Statuary

Mr Nazro proposed an inquiry in relation to
the present state of the contracts for placing statues in the
Chapel _ whether the same have gone so far towards completion
that they cannot be rescinded; _ upon which it was

Voted that Messrs Nazro, Curtis & Lawrence
be a Committee to examine, consider & report whether the
aforesaid contracts can be rescinded. _
