perpetual Repair -

Establishment & secure the perpectual repair of the ground
of the Cemetery: _ and it was thereupon

Voted, that a Committee of three be chosen
to consider the expediency of adopting such plan, &
report thereon at a future meeting: –

And Messrs Curtis, Little & Nazro were
accordingly chosen. _

Supts House

The question of erecting a house for the Superintendent
was introduced, & after consideration, it was

Voted that the subject be referred to the com-
mittee upon Grounds, to report thereon at the next
meeting. _

the Committee upon lots, through the Secretary, reported upon
the following matters which had been referred to them,
as follows: _

Blaney case - Lot 504.

Upon the memorial of Geo A. Blaney (see p.54. Novr '55)
in reference to the care of lot No. 504: –

The Committee learn that said Blaney, after making
his communication to the Trustees, & before any action was had
thereon by the committee, settled his administration account
with the Probate Court, without attempting to carry out the
provision in Mrs Blaney's will for the perpetual care of
said lot: – that the proprietorship of said lot is, upon
our records, in the heirs of Samuel French; and that
the Trustees have not, in their opinion, power to compel
specific performance of the provision aforesaid: –

They therefore recommend the matter be discharged from further
consideration –
