Trustees. Jan. 27. 1855.

At a special meeting of the Trustees holden January 27^th
1855 at the office of C. P. Curtis. Esqr.
Present Messrs Kuhn Crockett Little & Read & Bigelow

The Secretary being engaged in Court was not
present. Geo. W. Bond was appointed Secretary pro
tempore.

Treasurer's Report.

The Treasurer's report was read and referred to
Mr Kuhn to audit, Mr Bangs being unwell
and unable to attend to the duty.

Annual meeting.

It was ordered, that the annual meeting
be called at the Secretary's office at 3 1/2 o' clock P.
M. of Monday the 5^th of February next.

B F Wyeth.

A communication from B.F. Wyeth. Gatekeeper
asking to be appointed Superintendent was read and
referred to the next board of trustees.

Auditor.

Voted. That Mr Kuhn as auditor of the Treasurers
account report to the next regular monthly meeting.

The Superintendents report was read and re-
ferred to the Treasurer to be embodied in his report.
