Trustees. .

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner the Trus-
tees met at the office of C. P. Curtis Esqr on the Present Messrs Bigelow, Crock-
ett
, Curtis, Gould, Little, Parker and Tisdale

Election of Officers.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
The meeting at once proceeded to ballot for officers for the en-
suing year. The following named gentlemen were severally
elected by ballot to the several offices set against their names

President - Jacob Bigelow
Secretary - Henry M. Parker
Treasurer - Geo. Wm Bond
Committee on Lots - J. Bigelow, C.P. Curtis, I. Parker.

Auditor of Accounts - Mace Tisdale.
Adjourned - A true record.

discharge the duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of the
