Secretary his power to issue pro tempore Tickets to Representatives. of Deceased Proprietors.

Voted. That the Secretary may in all cases where
he is satisfied by written petition to the Trustees, that the
heirs or devisees in common of any lot have agreed
upon any one to represent the same, issue the ticket
for such lot to this person designated in such petition
as representative of such lot to remain good until
the further action of this board. The petition however,
shall be presented to the trustees with notice of
the Secretarys action, at the next meeting of the
board.

Treasurer Finance Com. authorized to make loans.

In consequence of a verbal communication from
the Treasurer it was Voted _ That the finance committee
be authorized, to loan the funds now lying idle in the
Treasurer's hands on notes with good collateral se-
curity.

meeting of the Trustees was holden at the office of Mr
C.P. Curtis, (as usual on the first Tuesday of each
