The Treasurer reports the following abstract of Receipts and Expenditures
for the year ending He has received

He has paid as follows to wit _

To sundry persons for expenses of which about ___
$8000 was for Chapel & Fence 11.910.20
To the Treasurer of the Mass. Horticultural ___
Society for their proportion of sales 4495.09
For 20 shares Atlantic Bank 1980.00
" [For] $3000 United States 6% Loan 3190.68
" [For] 20 shares Atlantic Bank for subscribers ___
to the Story Statue $1980 ___
" [For] $2000 United States Loan 5% for do [subscribers] 1970. 3950.00
To Rufus Howe Sup't on a/c. 100.00
" [To] sundry parties who have purchased Lots ___
amounts paid by them for interments in the Public Lot 40.00
Balance remaining in the Treasury 402.15. 26068.12
It will be seen by the annexed Trial Balance that there
is invested and in the Treasury $31.982.15, independent of
the Trust Funds which are separately invested, showing an in-
crease of investments, after paying about $8000- for Chapel & Fence
of upwards of $5000. all of which is respectfully submitted
