it only remains for the Trustees of Mt Auburn to take such
measures in relation to admittance at the gate as the
urgency of the case may hereafter render necessary.

Voted. To accept the foregoing report.

Clearing up the grounds.

Voted. That the Superintendent be directed to clear
up the natural growth of brush wood at the Cemetery
under the direction of the Committee on Lots.

Rubbish to be removed.

Voted. That the Superintendent be directed to cause
all rubbish to be removed from the grounds about lots
improved, within a reasonable time, and to notify any
proprietors neglecting to comply with this requisition
that he shall remove the same at their expense if
not done within ten days of such notice.

Enclosure of the Cemetery.

Voted. To refer it to the Committee on Lots to enquire
into the subject of a more secure enclosure of the
Cemetery and to report to a future meeting the cost of
a timber, stone and board fence severally-

The Secretary gave notice of the time and
place of the annual meeting and the Trustees
adjourned.
