Superintendant's Accounts

Mr Crockett from the Committee on Finance made a
verbal report in relation to the accounts as kept by the
Superintendant, and also a plan for simplifying
the keeping of the books at the Cemetery; thereupon

Supt's Books.

Voted. That the Committee of finance be directed
to procure a set of books in conformity with the plan
recommended by them, and that they instruct the
Superintendant to keep the accounts in said books.

Lot 103. White.-

Voted. That such one of the heirs of the late
Abijah White of Watertown as may be designated
by the unanimous written consent of the said heirs
be designated to represent the lot owned by said
White for the time being and to vote in the
meetings of this Corporation.

The meeting then adjourned

Trustees

A meeting of the Trustees having been called in the usual
manner on notices issued by the Secretary to be held at
the office of C.P. Curtis Esquire
M. Messrs J.C. Gray, C.P. Curtis, and George W. Crockett
were accordingly in attendance but no quorum being
present the meeting was adjourned to at the same place.
