Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner by the Sec-
retary, the Trustees met on .
at the office of C.P. Curtis Esquire at 12 o'clock. Noon-
Present. Messrs Bigelow, Brimmer, C.P. Curtis, B.R. Curtis
Geo. W. Crockett Parker, and the Treasurer Geo. Wm Bond
James Read appeared before the adjournment.

Officers elected.

The meeting proceeded to the election of officers
for the current year. Jacob Bigelow was unanimously
rëelected President by ballot. In like manner
Henry M. Parker was elected Secretary and George
W. Bond
, Treasurer severally by ballot.

Voted, that the Committee on Lots for the ensuing
year consist of the same gentlemen who constituted that
Committee the past year. to wit. Messrs Jacob Bigelow,
C.P. Curtis, and Isaac Parker.

Voted. That Mr George W. Crockett act as auditor
of accounts to the Corporation.

Mr Isaac Parker having asked to be excused from
acting longer on the Committee on Finance, it was

Voted. That the Committee on Finance for the ensuing
year consist of Messrs B.A. Gould and Geo. W. Crockett.

Catalogue

The President having brought the matter of the
Catalogue and Mr Nathl Dearborn's proposal to pub-
lish the same, to the notice, of the Trustees it was
ordered that the Secretary answer Mr Dearborn by letter
informing him that so much progress has been made
in publishing the map and catalogue, that it would
be impracticable now to employ him in the business.

Voted. That the matter of settling the claim of
