Proprietors.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was published
in several daily newspapers printed in the City of Boston
more than seven days in succession before the said
time of meeting, the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn, met at the time and place therein
designated. A quorum having assembled. the Presi-
dent Dr Bigelow. took the chair

The treasurer's annual report was then read & accepted.

CATALOGUE

Voted. That the report of the Treasurer be appended to
the next edition of the Society's catalogue, and distributed
to the members of this corporation, one copy to each
member gratuitously. It being understood that when
the catalogues are ready the Secretary shall advertise
in the newspapers signifying the time and place
when and where Proprietors may obtain their copies

Trustees Chosen

The meeting then proceeded to the election of nine Trustees,
by ballot. It appeared that twenty three votes were
thrown all of which were for
Jacob Bigelow,
Martin Brimmer,
George W. Crockett,
Charles P. Curtis,
Benjamin R. Curtis,
Benjamin A. Gould,
John C. Gray,
Isaac Parker, and
James Read. Which nine gentlemen were
accordingly declared elected Trustees for the ensuing
year. The meeting then dissolved -
