and it was Voted. That when we adjourn, it be to meet
at the office of the Secretary on Monday next at 3 1/2
o'clock P. M.

After some general discussion. Voted To adjourn.

Trustees.

Pursuant to adjournment the Trustees met at the office
of the Secretary on Present Messrs Bigelow, Brimmer
Crockett, C.P. Curtis, Parker, also the Treasurer.

The report of the Treasurer was now submitted
in a complete form. Voted. To accept this report
of the Treasurer, and that it be laid before the
Proprietors at their meeting

Chapel

The Secretary submitted to the meeting an
anonymous letter in relation to an inscription
in the Chapel at Mount Auburn, which letter
was on motion referred to the building Committee.

Adjourned. A true record. Attest

Proprietors. 1846.

Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The annual meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn, will be held at the office of the sub-
scriber, in Boston, at No. 27 State street, on to choose
Trustees for the ensuing year, to hear the report of the
Treasurer, and to act on any other business which may
legally come before the said meeting.
