After some discussion the above report was accepted
and the vote as thereto annexed passed without a
dissenting voice.

Voted, that the same gentlemen (Messrs Bigelow -
and Brimmer) serve on said committee, which
committee was filled by the addition of C.P. Curtis.

Voted. That the Treasurer complete the collection of
the monies subscribed for Judge Story's statue.

Rail Road.

Voted. That the interests of Mount Auburn in relation
to a Rail Road to pass near the Cemetery be referred
to a Committee of two with instructions to look after
the interests of this Corporation in the matter.

Messrs B.R. Curtis and Brimmer were appointed
said committee

Voted. That the annual meeting of the Proprietors
on the first Monday in February next be holden at
the Secretary's office at 4 o ' clock P.M.

The meeting then adjourned.

Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner the
Trustees met on the , at the office of C.P. Curtis Esquire. Present Messrs
Bigelow, Geo. W. Crockett, C.P. Curtis, B.R. Curtis, Isaac
Parker
, James Read, and the Treasurer.

The proceedings of the last meeting having been
read, the Treasurer submitted his report, which
being in an incomplete state, he asked for further time
