Lot 939. William Gridley--

Voted. That in accordance with the application of the
heirs of the late William Gridley dated . George
A. Gridley
be designated for the time being to represent the
lot (number 939) late of said Willaim Gridley and to
vote in meetings of the Corporation.

John C Gray. chosen Trustee.

The Trustees then proceeded to the election of one to
fill the vacancy in the Board (caused by the death of
the late President, Joseph Story) until the next annual
meeting. Said Election was had by ballot. The votes
having all be given in and counted it appeared that
John C. Gray, Esquire, was unanimously elected to fill
said vacancy and the same having been formally
announced by the President, the Secretary was instruc-
ted to communicate the fact of said election to Mr Gray
and request his acceptance of the office.

Plan. of the grounds.

Voted. That H.M. Parker, the Secretary be authorized to
dispose of the plate on which the plan of the Cemetery
has been engraved, after the next edition, of the Cata-
logue shall have been completed, or to sell or allow
any number of copies to be struck from it at such time
to be published in a magazine, on such terms as
he shall see fit.

No further business coming before the Trustees the
meeting was adjourned.
