the whole subject was ordered to be considered
by the Committee who have in charge the connec-
tion of this Corporation with the Massachusetts
Horticulural Society.

Voted. To adjourn to meet at this place
on Saturday the 29^th inst, at one o'clock P. M.

the Trustees met, pursuant to the last vote of adjournment,
on the 29^th day of November. Present Messrs Bigelow, Brim-
mer, C. P. Curtis, B. R. Curtis, Gould, Read and the Treasurer.

Mass. Hort. Soc'y. Report on their claim.

Mr C. P. Curtis presented the following Report. -
"The Committee to whom was referred the subject of the
"claim of the Massachusestts Horticultural Society to par-
"ticipate in the money received by the Proprietors of the
"Cemetery of Mount Auburn for burial fees in the
"Cemetery have had the subject under consideration and
"respectfully
" Report: -
"That in their opinion the said claim is unadmissible"
