Lawrence's Lots.

A letter from Mr William Lawrence dated
in relation to the perpetual repair of certain lots was referred
to the standing committee on lots.

Voted. To Adjourn.

Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn will be held at the office of the subscriber
in Boston at No. 27 State Street on to choose Trustees for
the ensuing year, to hear the report of the Treasurer, and
to act on any other business which may legally come
before the said meeting.

Pursuant to the above notice which was published in
several newspapers printed in Boston more than seven
days before the said time of meeting, the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the time and
place therein designated.

In the absence of the President, the meeting
was called to order by the Secretary and William
Lawrence Esquire
was chosen Chairman.

The Treasurer's annual report was then presented
read and ordered to be recorded.
