" Voted. That the above report be accepted and that
the recording of the instrument of grant or bequest in
this book shall be deemed and amount to a contract
by the Proprietors of the Cemetery with the person repre-
senting the particular lot that such lot shall forever
be kept in good order and repair according to the
terms and conditions of such contract.

Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner by the Secre-
tary a meeting of the Trustees was holden at the office of
C.P. Curtis Esquire at. Present Messrs B.R. Curtis, Jacob Bigelow
George W. Crockett, Martin Brimmer, James Read, B. A. Gould
C.P. Curtis and the Treasurer. Dr Bigelow was chosen Chairman.

Treasurer's Annual Report.

The Treasurer submitted his annual report - which was
read, and by a vote of the Trustees accepted and ordered to be
presented to the Proprietors at their annual meeting on Mon-
day next.

Mass. Hort. Soc'y.

A letter for the Massachusetts Horticultural Society in re-
lation to the proceeds of the sales of rights of burial, dated
having been read. Voted. To refer the same to the com-
mittee (appointed ) already having the same sub-
ject in charge.
