specified, this Corporation will guarantee to the
person so transferring said sum of money his
heirs and assigns, and those representing said
lot, that said lot shall forever be kept in good
order and repair.

Voted. That all such agreements and bequests
be recorded in a book to be prepared for that
purpose.

Voted. That Messrs C. P. & B.R. Curtis be a committee
to prepare such book.

Voted. To adjourn. A true record

Trustees.

A meeting of the Trustees having been called on notices
from the Secretary at the house of Dr Bigelow on Messrs Bigelow, Parker, Read & Brimmer
were accordingly in attendance, also Mr Bond the Treasu-
rer, but no quorum of the trustees being present the
meeting dissolved without taking any action.
