Relatives of those interred in the Public Lot.

Voted. That any person who has a relative interred in the
Public Lot at the Cemetery may on application to any trustee
receive a special pass into the Cemetery on Sundays and that
the rules and regulations be qualified accordingly

Secretary may issue tickets on special occasions

Voted. That the Secretary as well as the Trustees may
issue tickets of admission to the Cemetery to stangers &c..

Trustees.

Pursuant to a notice issued by the Secretary a meeting of the
Trustees was holden on the twenty ninth day of July A.D 1844
at the office of C.P. Curtis Esqr at 11 o'clock. A.M. Present
Messrs Story, C.P. Curtis, B.R. Curtis, Parker, Read, ^^{B. A.} Gould, Brimmer
Bigelow ^^[?] and Crockett. The Treasurer Mr Bond also present.

Scots Charit^bl. Society.

Voted. That the Scots Charitable Society be allowed three
tickets of admission to the Cemetery according to their written
application for the same, under date January 20, 1844.

S. Newell.

Voted. To refer Samuels Newells application date Feby 5, '44 =
asking the grant of a lot in payment for services, to the standing
committee on finance, with instructions to consider the applica-

Lot 61. E. Hurlbert.

Voted. That for the time being, Sarah Noble of Boston wife
of John H. Noble, be designated to represent the lot in the Ceme-
