Proprietors 1844.

Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The annual meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn, will be held at the office of the
Subscriber, in Boston, on Monday, the fifth day of
February, 1844, at 4 o'clock, P.M. to choose trustees for
the ensuing year, to hear the report of the Treasurer,
and act on any other business which may legally come
before the said meeting.

Pursuant to the above notice which was published
in several newspapers printed in Boston more than
seven days before the said time of meeting the
Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at
the time & place therein designat^ed.

In the absence of the President, Charles Brown
was chosen Chairman.

The Treasurers reports having been laid before the
meeting it was

Voted To accept the same & that it be recorded

Trustees chosen.

Voted That nine trustees be ^^now chosen by ballot
