Voted. That the com^ee on Lots be reques-
ted to report what parts of the Cem^y. are
suitable for the building of Tombs.

Trusts

Voted. That the President be a com^ee
to prepare the form of a declaration
of trust to be used by persons desirous
of bestowing funds for the preservation
of tombs monuments & lots.

Tickets

Voted. That the Sec^y be authorized at
at his discretion to issue a Ticket
to some one of the representatives of
deceased Proprietors in such cases
as are not now provided for by
the laws & rules & regulations

Barn -

Voted. That Mess^rs Gould, Crocket
& Bigelow be a com^ee on the subject
of Mr Howes communication (i.e. as to
building a barn &c) with power to act
thereon
