Voted To accept the above report & to
adopt the regulations therein proposed

Voted That the Comee on Lots have
power to contract with any proprietor to
keep his lot in perpetual repair.
Removal of remains

to report on the subject of adopting some
measures to prevent the removal of
remains from the Cemetery.

authorized to prevent strangers to enter
the Cemetery with a carriage

C.P. Curtis & Isaac Parker be empowered to contract
with Octavious T. Rogers of Quincy on some other
suitable person for the building of a granite
