given to any person who shall give informa-
tion to the Trustees of any such offence which
shall lead to the detection of the offender.

(4) The Superintendent of the grounds, the
gate keeper & any other person acting under
them, shall have a right to require his or
her names from any person other than a
proprietor or a member of his family
who shall visit the grounds, & upon his or her
refusal or giving a false name it shall
be his duty to exclude them from the
grounds.

(5) The superintendent the gatekeeper
& all other persons acting under them
shall have full authority to carry these
regulations into effect & shall give
notice of any violations thereof to the
Trustees

(6) The Comee on Lots shall have authority
to set up a gate board near the gate
at Mount Auburn
offering a reward
not exceeding twenty dollars to any
person who shall give notice informa-
tion to the Trustees which shall lead to a
conviction of the offence of any trespass
done by taking or plucking any flowers
shrubs or trees within the grounds, or
otherwise injuring the grounds, or of any
other offence against the laws & regula-
tions provided for the protection of the
