deeds of lots which shall hereafter be granted, by the
Corporation in lieu of the fourth condition contained
in the present form of Deeds, the following shall
be inserted as a condition of the grant; --

Landmarks.

That the
Proprr of the said lot of land shall erect at his or
her own expense, suitable land marks of stones
or iron at the corners thereof, and shall also cause
the number thereof to be legibly & permanently marked
on the premises, and if the Proprs shall omit for
thirty days after the notice, to erect such landmarks
& mark the number, the Trustees shall have authority
to cause the same to be done, at the expense of
said Proprietor. -- .

Deeds.

Voted. That the Secretary cause deeds
to be prepared & printed in conformity with the
preceding votes. --

Watchman.

Voted. That the Committee on Lots
cause a suitable person to be employed to watch
the conduct of visitors & prevent & suppress nuisances
& improper practices within the grounds of the
Corporation. --
